Record of the report reflects that the trial of the case is in progress and 10 witnesses have already been examined. The revisional application was preferred challenging the chargesheet.

Having regard to the contentions advanced in this revisional application and the stage of the case, I am of the view that no interference can be made by this court at this advanced stage of evidence of this case.

. Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 129 of 2012 is disposed of.
