Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the principal accused. He does not stand on the same footing with co-accused who has been enlarged on bail. Vulnerable witness is yet to be examined.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
