Matter has come in the list at the instance of the writ petitioner.

Ms. Mitra, learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioner indicates that a typographical error in the order of this Court dated June 19, 2024 has happened, which may be rectified.

Accordingly, it is required that necessary order be passed, to rectify the typographical error, apparent on the face of the said order.

Hence, it is directed that the second paragraph in page 1 of this Court's order dated June 19, 2024 be replaced with the following and read as below:- "The petitioner's allegation is with regard to illegal plying of electric rickshaws without following the guideline for registration of the same as issued by the Regional Transport Officer, Paschim Burdwan vide Memo No. 1572 dated December 6, 2019".

This order shall be a part and parcel of this Court's earlier order dated June 19, 2024.
