Heard the learned senior advocate for the writ petitioner, learned advocate for the State and learned advocate for the Commission.

At the very outset it is submitted by the senior learned advocate for the writ petitioner that he may be given liberty to assail the Recruitment Rules for architectural wing under the PWD, published in Notification No.231 dated 09.09.2014, insofar as it comes in the way of grant of promotional benefits to the petitioner to the post of Superintendent Architect.

We dispose of the writ petition with liberty as prayed for.
