Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Mr. Arup Sengupta, The Commissioner of School Education, Government of West Bengal has since been retired and in his place Mr. Kausick Saha has joined as The Commissioner of School Education, Government of West Bengal.

Let the new incumbent Mr. Kausick Saha be added as the alleged contemnor.

Petitioner is granted liberty to amend the Cause Title.

Let Mr. Kausick Saha be also served.

Let the matter be listed in the combined monthly list of June, 2026.
