It is submitted by Mr. Tapan Kumar Mukherjee, learned senior counsel for the respondent nos. 1, 2, 5 and 8 that the order dated 3rd January, 2020 has been complied with and a fresh order refixing the pay scale of the petitioner, entitling him to higher pension, has been issued.

Let Pension Payment Order be issued by the concerned authority with the revised pension amount to the applicant/petitioner within a period of ten days from date.

Let arrears of pension be released to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month thereafter.

Personal presence of the contemnor is dispensed with.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

Contempt application is disposed of.

No order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order on usual undertakings.
