Apprehending arrest in connection with Domkal Police Station Case No. 368 of 2020 dated 16-07-2020 punishable under Sections 363/376/34 of the Indian Penal Code, the present application has been filed.

We have heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties and perused the case diary produced before us. Pursuant to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure implicating three persons which include the present petitions herein and also upon considering the medical report, we are not inclined to release the present petitioners on anticipatory bail and accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the present petitioners is rejected.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM 863 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
