Petitioner has complied with the condition of bail imposed upon him i.e. not to enter the jurisdiction of Shyampur P.S. Failure to intimate the address to the concerned Officer-in-Charge appears to be inadvertent.

Under such circumstances, aforesaid conditions are waived. However, petitioner shall meet the Officer in Charge, Shyampur P.S once in a month until further orders. Other conditions of bail shall continue.

Accordingly, the application for relaxation of conditions of bail being CRAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
