(Via Video Conference) Initially the matter was listed on 17.03.2009 but none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner to move the writ application hence this Court had directed to go the matter out of list for six weeks. The matter was again listed on 23.11.2021 but none had appeared on call and for the interest of justice the matter was adjourned till today. When the matter was called today none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

It reveals from record that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter.

Hence, the writ petition being WPA 713 of 2009 is dismissed for default.
