Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner cannot claim parity since the petitioner is a witness to a document which was established to be fake. Apparently, the petitioner is involved in a racket of issuing fake appointment letters for primary teachers to the members of the public upon receiving consideration for the same. Considering the complicity of the petitioner and the gravity of the offence, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 381 of 2023 is dismissed.
