Let the report filed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and the server copy filed by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner be kept with the record. The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that she has been acquitted from Sinthi Police Station Case No. 71 of 2017 dated 22.07.2017 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Sealdah, South 24 Parganas. She furnishes a server copy of the judgment dated 27th April, 2022 passed in G.R. Case No. 2037 of 2017 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Sealdah. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State furnishes a report along with a copy of the judgment dated 27th April, 2022 wherefrom it reveals that the petitioner has been acquitted from Sinthi Police Station Case No. 71 of 2017 dated 22.07.2017.

The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no.2 raises no objection on the aforesaid submissions.

Considering the judgment of acquittal passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Sealdah, South 24 Parganas, it reveals that the said Amrita Shaw, the petitioner of the instant criminal revision has been acquitted in respect of the Sinthi Police Station Case No. 71 of 2017 dated 22.07.2017, which was sought to be quashed through the criminal revision.

This Court is, therefore, of the view that there is no need of proceeding with the instant criminal revision. With the aforesaid observations, the instant revisional application is disposed of.
