Learned advocate for the appellant/petitioner intends to withdraw the application which has been preferred at this stage. Learned advocate for the State submits that the cross-examination of the victim is in progress and on behalf of the present appellant/accused the cross-examination is progressing. Dates have been fixed subsequently in course of this month.

Learned advocate for de-facto complainant is also present. However, having regard to the prayer advanced by the present petitioner CRA (SB) 22 of 2026 is dismissed as not pressed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
