The writ petitioner challenges an order of suspension with effect from 09.03.2019 as Assistant Teacher in Helencha 3 No. Colony Free Primary School, North 24 Parganas.

Counsel for the DPSC, North 24 Parganas produces instructions of his client and order dated 04.03.2024 whereby the writ petitioner's suspension has been revoked.

In those circumstances, the writ petitioner may join the subject school-in-question immediately. Her continued employment shall abide by the result of the criminal proceedings.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
