Today I am told by the parties that Pension Payment Order has been issued from the Directorate of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance. A copy of the Pension Payment Order is kept on record. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that there is no further reason for continuation of this matter.

Hence, the matter is disposed of as allowed.
