The Report filed by the S.I. Sitalkuchi Police Station Cooch Behar dated 06.12.2023 stated that respondent i.e. Shyambabu Prasad has expired on 27.11.2020 supported by a copy of the death certificate. The said report along with death certificate be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant appeal gets abated and accordingly disposed of.
