1. Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record.

2. In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the school authorities.

3. Petitioner's application for transfer on the medical ground of his spouse is pending since 2022 before the respondent no. 4.

4. Responded no. 4 is directed to expedite the process and dispose of the application by May 15, 2026 and take all expeditious steps thereafter in accordance with law.

5. The suspension of 'Utsashree Portal' will not be an impediment for the concerned authority to consider the application for transfer of the petitioner. The same shall be considered in an offline mode.

6. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

7. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
