1. The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of the Ejectment Suit No.44 of 2014, now pending before the Learned 3rd Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Alipore, South 24 Parganas.

2. It appears that the suit was initially filed in the year 2009 and was renumbered as Ejectment Suit No.373 of 2009 and subsequently transferred to another Court which has been renumbered.

3. Considering the nature of relief prayed for service is dispensed with.

4. Civil revision is disposed of with the direction that the trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the Ejectment Suit pending for last 17 years, expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of this order.

5. C.O. 298 of 2026 is disposed of.

6. Connected application, if any, stands disposed of.

7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

8. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
