We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected by this Court repeatedly. Case involves gang rape of the victim. She has not been examined till date. In view of the aforesaid circumstances and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
