It is seen at the last line of the said charge sheet/report under section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure that all the accused persons surrendered before the learned A.C.J.M Chanchal court and they have been released on bail.

Having regard to the same, the present application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, CRM 869 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.
