In this revisional application the Order No. 74 dated 2nd January, 2023 in connection with Misc. Case No. 180 of 2018 has been challenged.

Mr. Annupam Kumar Bhattacharya, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that one application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure was filed with a prayer for recalling the writ of delivery of possession, in Misc Case No.180 of 2018 Learned Judge refused the application on the ground that the Misc Case being No. 180 of 2018 was disposed of long back i.e. on 23.12.2020 vide Order No. 35.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I do not find any infirmity in the order impugned to invoke the provision of Article 227 of the Constitution of India. With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
