Mr. Sanjay Saha, learned advocate submits that the West Bengal Fisheries Corporation Limited has now merged with the Fisheries Development Corporation and he prays that the Cause Title of the application for review may be amended accordingly enabling him to appear in the matter on behalf of the said opposite party.
