The contemnor No.3, namely, Mr. Mahitosh Gayen, one of the members of the Executive Committee of the Institute of Historical Studies is personally present with the affidavit of compliance.

It appears that the applicant/petitioner has received a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) on 4th July, 2023. The affidavit of compliance with the apology tendered is accepted.

Accordingly, the contempt application being CPAN 79 of 2021 is disposed of.

The personal appearance of the alleged contemnors is dispensed with.
