Apparently, petitioners are selling immovable properties over which, they claimed limited title.

Role and extent of the petitioners in the incident requires investigation.

Enlarging any of the petitioners on anticipatory bail will be inimical to such investigation.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 297 of 2024 is dismissed.
