Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the Union of India.

The petitioner's application is pending before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Kolkata Bench (hereinafter referred to as 'the C.A.T.'). He is aggrieved by the fact that till date no interim order has been passed. It is not in dispute that the result of the recruitment process in which the petitioner is claiming his appointment was declared as far back as in the month of April, 2024.

As of now, we are not aware whether there subsists any vacancy. There is no averment in the writ petition to this regard.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that before the next date fixed before the C.A.T., the reply will be filed.

Therefore, we find no reason to pass any interim order since the matter is pending before the C.A.T., it will be open to the C.A.T. to consider all the issues, which are left open.

The Writ Petition is dismissed.
