1. This matter has appeared in the list for last two weeks and has been called on several occasions. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. When the matter has been called on today, none appears for the petitioner neither has any accommodation been prayed for.

2. Mr. Ghosh, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent-bank, submits that the writpetition was filed challenging an order passed by the District Magistrate, South 24-Parganas under Section 14 of The Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (in short, the said Act) on 03.12.2019.

3. The petitioner has a remedy which is equally efficacious before the Debts Recovery Tribunal to challenge such order.

4. In view of the afore-stated, I am not inclined to entertain the writ-petition.

5. WPA 2324 of 2021 is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
