1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the only fault of the petitioner is that he had employed some under age individuals at his concern.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the State strongly opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He refers to the statements of the victims, some aged about 12 and 13 years. They stated that they were not given money for the work they did. They were made to work from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. They were often assaulted by the accused. Reliance is also placed on statements of other witnesses.

3. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
