It appears that the trial is at the stage of recording the evidence of the accused under Section 313 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the fact that the trial is at the fag end and considering the fact that there is hardly any change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier code of rejection for bail, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

The trial Court is requested to dispose of the trial as expeditiously as possible.

Prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (DB) 336 of 2022 is dismissed.
