1. The present petition has been filed for transfer of Matrimonial Suit No. 282 of 2023 from the Court of learned District Judge, Murshidabad at Berhampore to the Court of learned District Judge, Nadia at Krishnanagar on the ground that she is pursuing her studies from her father's residence.

2. It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the other litigations between the parties are also pending at Krishnanagar court.

3. Generally in such cases, convenience of the petitioner-wife is seen until and unless there is some mala fide shown by the opposite party-husband. There is no such mala fide in the record and the Matrimonial Suit No. 282 of 2023 pending before the learned District Judge, Murshidabad at Berhampore is withdrawn and transferred to the Court of the learned District Judge, Nadia at Krishnanagar for disposal of the trial in accordance with law.

4. Let a copy of the order be sent to the transferor court and the transferee court. The transferor court shall send the entire record to the transferee court within four weeks from the date of communication of

this order.

5. With the above directions, C.O. No. 296 of 2025 is disposed of.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.

7. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
