The petitioner complains that her sons have threatened her and driven her out of the house. The sons are represented.

They have undertaken before this Court to take care of their mother and to bring her back to her house.

The petitioner may go back to her house by tomorrow (March 30, 2023) at 10.00 A.M. The daughters shall be entitled to visit and enquire the well being of the mother and take care of her. The sons as well as the daughters shall take appropriate responsibility for the well being of the mother. The Amherst Street Police Station shall ensure that the petitioner is hale and hearty. Any further

complaint by the petitioner may be appropriately addressed by the Amherst Police Station.

W.P.A. 1973 of 2023 is, accordingly, disposed of. Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance with all the necessary formalities.
