Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnor produced a compliance order passed by the Block Development Officer, Namkhana, South 24 Parganas and the said reasoned order has duly been communicated to the writ petitioner.

Therefore, the alleged contemnor has duly complied with the order of this court passed earlier on 06.09.2024.

The compliance report filed by the alleged contemnor be kept with the record.

In view of the above fact, there is nothing remain to pass further order in the contempt application.

The contempt application being CPAN 163 of 2025 is hereby dropped. Accordingly, the same is disposed of.

All parties shall act in terms of the copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this court.
