He applied for general transfer in the dedicated Utsashree portal but the same has been returned back to him on 19th August, 2021. No reason for returning the same is mentioned in the reply.

The petitioner made a representation before the Chairman of the District Primary School Council, Purulia for consideration of his request for transfer and alleges the same has not been taken into consideration till date.

It has been submitted by the learned advocate representing the Council that the application for transfer are considered by the State respondents. The Council does not have any role to play.

The petitioner is granted leave to apply before the concerned officer with his request for transfer.

In the event such representation is made by the petitioner, then necessary step shall be taken for consideration of the same, strictly in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Affidavit of service filed in court today is taken on record.
