The present application has been preferred praying for relaxation of the conditions of anticipatory bail, as incorporated in the order dated 12th February, 2019 passed in CRM No.746 of 2019. Mr. Sengupta, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that after issuance of the order on 12th February, 2019, the petitioners surrendered before the learned court below and obtained regular bail. Upon completion of the investigation charge sheet has also been filed.

Mr. Ahmed, learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the petitioners' prayer. However, he does not dispute the fact that charge sheet has already been filed.

In view thereof and since there is no adverse report against the petitioners, the condition as incorporated in the order dated 12th February, 2019 passed in CRM No.746 of 2019 to the effect that 'the petitioner no.1 shall meet the investigating officer once in a week until further orders' is waived.

The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

With the above observations and directions, the application being

CRAN No.1 of 2020 is disposed of.
