22.11.2022 Ct. 30 Sd./33 CRR 138 of 2019 The revisional application of the year 2019 is running in the list since 26.9.2022. The revisional application has been preferred against an order dated 13.11.2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Hooghly, granting an interim maintenance of Only Rs. 4000/- p.m. to the wife petitioner therein. In spite of repeated calls since the date, the matter is appearing in the list, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Accordingly, considering the said conduct of the petitioner, the CRR 138 of 2019 stands dismissed for default. All connected applications stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
