In spite of administrative notice, the petitioner has not appeared since 08.02.2019. Considering the fact and the conduct of the petitioner, the criminal revision stands dismissed for default.

Ms. Rita Dutta, present in court is appointed to represent the State in this case and to inform the appropriate authority regarding the present status of this case.

All connected application stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
