The petitioner's application for transfer is pending disposal with the School Service Commission. The School has filed a report indicating compliance of this Court's order dated 5th April, 2022.

In those circumstances, the School Service Commission shall dispose of the petitioner's application with a suitable recommendation within a period of ten days from date.

Upon recommendation of the School Service Commission, the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education shall issue necessary order of transfer.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
