The present appeal has been preferred for setting aside the abatement order.

It is submitted on behalf of the appellant/applicant that the matter has been amicably settled before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and as such, the appellant/applicant does not want to proceed further with the applications. In view of the above, CAN 1 of 2015, CAN 2 of 2015 and CAN 3 of 2015 stand dismissed as withdrawn. The appeal has been abated.

Let the lower court records be sent back immediately before the trial court at the earliest through special messenger at the costs of the appellant/applicant.
