The opposite party is not represented. The matter had been referred for mediation by this court. The report of the learned Mediator being a settlement agreement has been placed before the court today.

From the report/settlement agreement, it appears that the parties have settled disputes and the terms and conditions have been laid down in the said settlement agreement. One of the conditions in the said settlement agreement is at clause- 1 "1) That there shall remain no dispute and/or differences regarding their claims and/or counter claims, monetary or otherwise, and that none of the parties shall further file any proceedings civil or criminal against each other in the future and any case being civil filed before any trial court, and/or the present application filed and pending before the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta shall forthwith be withdrawn."

The revision is in respect of Durgapur Police Station case No.6 of 2017 for offence punishable under Sections 420/406/120B of the Indian Penal Code. The offence alleged are compoundable. Accordingly, in view of the terms and conditions, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the revisional application as per the settlement agreement. The parties shall appear before the

respective courts where any other cases are pending and pray for necessary order of disposal as per the terms and conditions in the settlement agreement. Mediation report/settlement agreement be made part of the record.

The criminal revision being CRR 145 of 2019 is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn as per the settlement agreement in mediation between the parties.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order along with the Mediator's report be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and necessary action. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities. ( Shampa Dutt (Paul), J. )
