Accordingly, the District & Sessions Judge, Paschim Medinipur is directed to ensure that the present case is disposed of preferably within six months from the date of this order by the concerned court and in case the court is vacant, the court which shall remain in-charge of the said court shall comply with the order of this court. The revisional application accordingly stands disposed of.
