Petitioner is aggrieved in respect of the act and action of the private respondent nos. 9 and 10 as the said respondents had been trying to encroach upon the land allotted to the petitioner. To that effect, information was furnished to the police authorities on or about 15.01.2023.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that there has been a long standing dispute over the land. In respect of the nature of the dispute police authorities have drawn up proceedings under section 107 of the Cr.P.C. Having regard to the fact that at the relevant point of time police authorities had taken steps, if fresh inconveniences are faced by the petitioner, petitioner will submit a written communication to the Officer-in-charge of

Mathurapur Police Station who would take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 1983 of 2023 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
