On 24th September, 2024, the alleged contemnor had appeared before this Court through her leaned counsel and had filed affidavit-of-compliance wherein it has been affirmed that the alleged contemnor has fully complied with the order passed by this Court.

Accordingly, this Court has kept the warrant of arrest abeyance.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged contemnor has complied with the order and the petitioner has got all the benefits in terms of the order passed by this Court on 28th April, 2015.

Considering the affidavit-of-compliance and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the contempt proceeding being WPCRC 140 of 2016 in WPA 25983 of 2014 is disposed of.

Warrant of arrest and contempt rule, if any is issued, is recalled.

Urgent photostat copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of necessary legal formalities.
