Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his daughter was taken away by the private respondents and illegally restrained pursuant to and in spite of informing the police station, no action was taken. However, State has submitted a report which reflects that on 02.02.2025 the lady namely Paromita Naskar was recovered and a declaration has been taken from her that she has returned with her father and her husband.

Having considered that the lady has returned but the act and action of the private respondent no. 7 have not been approved by the petitioner, if the petitioner files an appropriate application before the learned Magistrate invoking the relevant provisions of law, mere recovery of the victim in this case will not

deter the learned Magistrate to pass appropriate directions on the police authorities.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 2112 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
