Mr. Debajyoti Deb, Ms. Somdyuti Parekh ... For the Petitioner.

Petitioner would deposit Fixed Deposit/Term Deposit Receipt of a nationalised bank for an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) with the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Barrackpore.

The learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Barrackpore would on such FDR/TDR certificate being submitted before the court, stay the execution of the distress warrant till the issue relating to CCTV footage is over.

So far as the FDR/TDR is concerned, after deciding the issue as to whether the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- has been paid or not, the learned Magistrate would be at liberty to take a decision in respect of the fate of the same.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 365 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
