1. Petitioner alleges that there is an illegal water extortion being done by the private respondent. Therefore, pray for action being initiated.

2. Learned Government counsel has submitted a written instruction received from the authorities which shows that action has been initiated and fine has been imposed on the violator.

3.Learned advocate for the private respondent/violator would admit that as of now, the bore-well has been closed.

4. Recording the said submission of the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of and the authorities are directed to maintain strict vigil so that such illegality does not occur in future.
