We have considered the materials on record.

Statements of witnesses disclose there was a skirmish between the parties. Petitioner and others have assaulted the victim. As a result, the victim suffered injuries and died.

In light of the aforesaid materials and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
