With the passage of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.
Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate has entered appearance on behalf of the CESC Limited.
In view of such submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed.
The interim order, if any, stands vacated.
