1. The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious hearing of Title Suit No.1117 of 2022, suit for declaration, which is now pending before the Court of Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 6th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas.

2. It is submitted that the suit before the trial Court is the suit for declaration.

3. Considering the nature of relief prayed for service is dispensed with.

4. Civil revision is disposed of with the direction that the trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit pending for last 3 years, expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the date of this order.

5. C.O. 310 of 2026 stands disposed of.

6. Connected application, if any, stands disposed of.

7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

8. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
