Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down by this Court on merits on 7th October, 2024. The petitioner renews his prayer. It appears from the evidence on record that one of the daughters of the victim has prima facie implicated the petitioner for death of her mother. Though the petitioner insists that the victim died as a result of road traffic accident evidence on record does not support the said claim.

There is no change of circumstance after rejection of the earlier prayer of the petitioner which warrants a favourable order at this stage.

Considering the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged offence as well as gravity of offence, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is disposed of.

However, considering the period of detention of the petitioner learned trial Court is directed to take the proceeding to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
