It appears that in the 1st line of page No. 11 the sum of Rs.70,000/- should be read as Rs.30,000/- and the total amount in 3rd line of the same page would be calculated as (Rs 11,70,000/-+ Rs.30,000/) =Rs.12,00,000/-). The rest portions of the said order shall remain unaltered.

Let this order be made a part of the judgment passed by this court on 13.07.2023.
