The old marksheets have been returned and the new marksheets have been furnished by the Board to the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner on the calculation of marks appears to have been prima facie addressed.

Liberty has already been reserved to the petitioner by the Coordinate Bench in order dated 25th April 2022 to file afresh to challenge the new marksheet.

Reiterating such liberty to the petitioner to move afresh to challenge the new calculation of marks with appropriate and lawful grounds, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
