1. Report filed by the State in terms of our order dated March 18, 2025, be kept with the records. Let a copy of the report be made over to learned Advocate for the petitioner.

2. From the report we find that the birth certificate of the petitioner has been found to be not a genuine one. It is based on that document that other documents like the Voter Card and PAN Card were prepared. Therefore, all those documents are suspect documents.

3. In view of the aforesaid, we are not inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer for bail. The prayer for bail is rejected.

4. The application being CRM (DB) 379 of 2025 is accordingly dismissed.
